Prayer:
Prayer is an integral part of what we do.
Our team will have people praying for them while they serve.
Our team will pray together before and after each session
Deaf Influence:
As often as possible we have a Deaf interpreter as part of our team for any worship or scripted content.
When making a decision, we rely heavily on the Deaf members of our team and/or the Deaf leaders in attendance.
We encourage events/conferences to consider a Deaf leader as a future speaker for their event.
Diversity/Representation:
We try to reflect the diversity of the stage in our interpreting team.
ALL social justice conversations involving race we aim to have a person of color interpreting.
This often requires travel for interpreters who bring greater diversity to our team (If the event budget allows)
Feedback & Evaluation:
During all interpreted segments, unless you have a different assignment, we encourage you to be making observations in a notebook.
We use the SWOT approach to evaluate all events that we serve.

We want to see you equipped to interpret in the Christian setting, growing in your personal faith and providing access for the Deaf/HH community to grow in their faith.
